2 tsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
2 tbsp. chopped onion | ||
1 ½ tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 tbsp. lite soy sauce | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee parsley | ||
Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste | ||
6 (6 oz each) salmon fillets |
Directions
- In a medium skillet, melt butter. Sauté onions in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except salmon.
- Layer two 24-inch long pieces of aluminum foil. Place fillets in the center. Fold sides up to form a “tray”. Pour onion mixture over fillets. Fold foil over and pinch to close.
- Grill salmon over medium heat for 20 minutes or until salmon easily flakes.
