1 c. chopped onion | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
1 tbsp. vegetable oil | ||
½ lbs. uncooked ground turkey | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee chicken broth | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee stewed tomatoes, undrained | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder | ||
¼ tsp. ground red pepper flakes | ||
1 (15 oz) can great Northern beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee whole kernel corn, drained |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
- Add turkey and cook until meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in broth, tomatoes, Dijon mustard, chili powder and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in beans and corn. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
