Directions
- Combine tomato soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, salt, black pepper and garlic powder in a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
- Alternately, combine tomato soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, salt, black pepper and garlic powder in a jar with a tightly fitting lid. Shake until combined. Refrigerate.
