1 c. butter, cut in pieces or melted | ||
2 c. half-and-half | ||
1 bunch(es) green onions, chopped | ||
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
¾ lbs. cubed Velveeta | ||
Salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine hash browns, butter, half-and-half, green onions, Cheddar cheese and Velveeta in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread in a 10-by-14-inch casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
