Description
This chewy and chocolatey cookie is a chocolate lover’s dream. Each cookie contains 15% fewer calories and 66% less sugar per serving than the full-sugar version.

1 egg | ||
¼ c. water | ||
¾ c. semisweet chocolate chips |

Directions
In medium bowl, sieve flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda; set aside.
In large bowl, use a spoon or spatula to stir together melted butter, Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Sweetener, vanilla extract, egg and water.
Stir dry flour mixture into the wet mixture one cup at a time, beat with mixer on low for a few minutes.
Once dough is well mixed, stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons on ungreased, parchment lined cookie sheet.
Press down to flatten. (Use the bottom of a glass to make 2” circles).
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet.
Transfer to rack and cool completely, about 15 minutes.
Store in a sealed container.
