1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, sliced into three pieces
1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • Meat thermometer

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Place tilapia fillets in prepared pan. Sprinkle fillets with Old Bay seasoning. Top each fillet with a slice of butter and lemon slice.
  3. Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature of fish reaches 145 degrees. Fish is done when it easily flakes with a fork. Serve fish with pan juices.
