1 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce | ||
1 tsp. ground ginger | ||
1 tbsp. sesame oil | ||
1 lbs. beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced across the grain | ||
1 (16 oz) bag Birds Eye frozen SteamFresh broccoli florets | ||
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
2 carrots, peeled and sliced | ||
1 small red onion, chopped | ||
3 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
Hot cooked rice, optional |
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha and ground ginger; set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high to high heat. Add oil and sirloin, cooking until browned.
- Add broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, carrots, onion and garlic, sautéing until tender.
- Add sauce, stirring to coat, and cook until just thickened.
- Serve over rice, if desired.
