    1 (17 oz) pkg Hormel beef tips with gravy
    1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee stew vegetables
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans low-sodium beef broth
    ⅓ tsp. dried thyme
    to 1/2 cup red wine, optional*
    6 whole wheat dinner rolls
    6 apples, sliced

    Directions

    1. Stir together beef tips, vegetables, broth, thyme and wine, if desired, in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Serve with rolls and apples.
    2. *Adding red wine will make a richer, slow-cooked flavor.
