2 (10.5 oz each) cans cream of mushroom soup | ||
4 (5 oz each) skinless chicken breasts | ||
1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine rice, water and cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups in a 9-by-13-inch baking pan or casserole dish.
- Place chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil.
- Bake 2 hours or until rice is fluffy and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
