1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee frozen country-style yolk-free noodles | ||
1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee breast of chicken, drained | ||
2 tbsp. corn starch | ||
2 tbsp. cold water |
Directions
- Pour chicken broth into a large saucepan and bring to rapid boil. Add frozen noodles and return to a full rolling boil, stirring to separate. Cook on medium heat, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Add chicken.
- To thicken, stir together corn starch and water in small bowl. Pour slowly into chicken and noodles, stirring constantly until desired thickness is reached.
