Directions
Brush salmon with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning rub. Grill salmon, skin side up, for 3 minutes. Flip and grill for 3 to 5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove skin and discard.
Alternatively, layer lemon slices on grill and grill salmon on lemon slices 6 to 8 minutes.
