Easy Oven-Barbecued Pork Chops

½ c. Hickory House barbecue sauce, divided |

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet and season pork chops with salt and black pepper. Spoon half the barbecue on top of each pork chop.
- Bake 20 minutes. Flip pork chops over and top with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake for 20 more minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 145 degrees. Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
