2 c. Cascadian Farms shelled edamame, thawed or cooked according to package directions | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee 100% pure vegetable oil | ||
3 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
2 tsp. chopped garlic | ||
¾ tsp. ground cumin | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, for serving |
Directions
- Puree edamame, oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt in a food processor for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides twice.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, if desired.
