2 Hy-Vee large eggs, whisked | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked | ||
¼ c. chopped green bell pepper | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 cupcake molds with nonstick cooking spray and place one biscuit into each space, flattening dough against bottom and sides of the cupcake mold. Fill each dough cup with whisked egg, 1/2 bacon strip, chopped green bell pepper and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuit edges are golden brown.
