¼ lbs. Velveeta cheese, grated | ||
2 tbsp. margarine | ||
½ c. milk | ||
1 tbsp. mustard | ||
¼ tsp. salt | ||
8 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
cheese slices, optional |
Directions
- Place Velveeta cheese on bottom of 7-by-11-inch baking dish. Dot with margarine.
- Mix milk, mustard and salt and pour over cheese. Pour beaten eggs on top. Pour remaining milk mixture over eggs. Top with slices of cheese, if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
