1 ½ c. water | ||
2 to 3 bananas, peeled, sliced or mashed | ||
raisins, blueberries or chopped apples, optional | ||
2 tsp. oil |

Directions
- Mix rolled oats, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, water and bananas in a bowl. Fold in raisins, blueberries or chopped apples.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in the frying pan. Fry over low heat until lightly browned, then flip and fry on the other side until done.
