Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together flour, sugar, cocoa, cold water, baking soda and salt until smooth. Stir in oil, vinegar and vanilla. Scrape into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
