1 ripe banana
1 tbsp. coconut cream concentrate or coconut butter
1 pasteurized egg yolk
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee 100% pure maple syrup
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
Pinch Hy-Vee nutmeg
Dash Hy-Vee cinnamon
1 tbsp. raw almonds
1 tbsp. raw almonds

Directions

  1. Combine kefir, banana, coconut cream concentrate, egg yolk, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and almonds in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
