2 c. cubed zucchini | ||
¼ c. cubed Hy-Vee Smooth N Cheesy Loaf | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk | ||
1 tsp. chopped onion | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
⅛ tsp. pepper | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted |
Directions
- Reserve 1/4 cup crushed crackers.
- Combine the remaining crackers, zucchini, cheese, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Combine reserved crackers and butter, sprinkle on top.
- Cover and bake at 350 for one hour.
