5 c. broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces | ||
½ c. chopped red onion | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee bacon bits | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee whole cashews | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee salad dressing | ||
¼ c. sugar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar | ||
½ tsp. salt | ||
½ tsp. pepper |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, red onion, Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, cashews and dried cranberries. Mix.
- In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, sugar, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Add dressing mixture to broccoli mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
