Festive Pepper Cheese Ball

| 1 (8 oz) pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened | ||
| 1 (4 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained | ||
| ⅛ c. chopped green bell pepper | ||
| ⅛ c. chopped red bell pepper | ||
| 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion | ||
| 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt | ||
| red and green pepper strips, for garnish | ||
| whole grain crackers, for serving |
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, red pepper, green onion and seasoned salt.
- Form into a ball. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
- Garnish with thinly sliced red and green bell pepper strips. Serve with whole grain crackers, if desired.
