Feta Cheese Stuffed Burgers

1 lbs. 85% lean ground beef | ||
½ c. feta cheese crumbles with lemon, garlic, & oregano | ||
4 lettuce leaves, tomato slices and green pepper slices | ||
4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns |
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef and feta cheese. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill patties, uncovered, over medium heat, approximately 14 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning once.
- Toast buns on grill for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Top each burger with lettuce, tomato and green peppers. Serve on toasted buns.
