½ c. diced roasted red pepper | ||
¼ c. chopped red onion | ||
¼ c. feta cheese crumbles | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee light Italian salad dressing |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice baguette into 1/4-inch slices. Place on baking sheet and bake 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Meanwhile, stir olives, red pepper, onion, cheese and salad dressing until combined.
- Serve olive mixture with baguette slices.
