¾ c. Hy-Vee frozen peas | ||
1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained | ||
¾ c. uncooked couscous |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, heat chicken broth, chili powder, peas and diced tomatoes over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in couscous and remove saucepan from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
