    1 c. Hy-Vee low-sodium chicken broth
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee frozen peas
    1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
    ¾ c. uncooked couscous

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, heat chicken broth, chili powder, peas and diced tomatoes over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
    2. Stir in couscous and remove saucepan from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    3. Fluff with a fork before serving.
