Directions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain beef and rinse with hot water; set aside.
- In the same skillet, combine water, Ramen noodles (broken into several pieces) with seasoning packet and frozen vegetables. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Return beef to skillet and heat through.
- *Rinsing cooked, crumbled ground beef with hot tap water is a simple way to reduce fat by 50% or more.
