    ¾ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 (7.25 oz) box Hy-Vee three cheese macaroni and cheese dinner
    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 c. hot water
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee Select black bean and corn salsa
    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream

    Directions

    1. Cook chicken in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
    2. Stir in macaroni, sauce mix, milk, water, salsa, corn and sour cream. Bring to a boil.
    3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken upon standing.
