1 (7.25 oz) box Hy-Vee three cheese macaroni and cheese dinner | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 c. hot water | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee Select black bean and corn salsa | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream |
Directions
- Cook chicken in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in macaroni, sauce mix, milk, water, salsa, corn and sour cream. Bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken upon standing.
