1 (1 oz) pkg Hy-Vee chili seasoning | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee oregano | ||
½ tsp. cumin | ||
2 ½ c. warm water | ||
2 c. colored spiral pasta, uncooked | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar cheese | ||
1 (10 oz) pkg Dole classic salad mix | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with garlic and onion | ||
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain.
- Add chili seasoning, oregano, cumin and water. Bring to a boil and stir in pasta. Simmer uncovered until pasta is tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheese.
- Toss salad mix, diced tomatoes, bell pepper and beef mixture in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
