    1 lbs. ground beef
    1 (1 oz) pkg Hy-Vee chili seasoning
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee oregano
    ½ tsp. cumin
    2 ½ c. warm water
    2 c. colored spiral pasta, uncooked
    1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz) pkg Dole classic salad mix
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
    1 green bell pepper, chopped

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain.
    2. Add chili seasoning, oregano, cumin and water. Bring to a boil and stir in pasta. Simmer uncovered until pasta is tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheese.
    4. Toss salad mix, diced tomatoes, bell pepper and beef mixture in a large bowl.
    5. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
