1 c. Hy-Vee margarine, softened | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
1 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats | ||
1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee wheat flakes cereal |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together margarine and sugars. Mix in vanilla and eggs.
- Blend in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and cereal.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Move cookies onto wire racks to cool.
