    1 (16-oz.) pkg. Gustare Vita organic orzo
    ½ c. Gustare Vita garlic flavored olive oil, divided
    1 (11.3-oz.) jar Gustare Vita marinated sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita capers, drained
    6 Hy-Vee Midwest pork boneless pork loin chops (about 1½ lb.), about ½ in. thick
    1 tsp. That’s Smart Italian seasoning
    Coarsely ground Hy-Vee sea salt, to taste

    • Heavy foil
    • Tongs
    • 4 serving plates

    Directions

    1. Cook orzo in boiling water for 12 to 14 minutes or until al dente. Drain well; toss with ¼ cup garlic flavored olive oil. Set aside and keep warm.

    2. Meanwhile, preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat (375 degrees).*

    3. To assemble packets, cut 6 (18x12-in.) sheets of heavy foil. Place sundried tomatoes and capers on center of each sheet of foil. Place pork chops on top. Drizzle with remaining ¼ cup olive oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

    4. Bring up long sides of foil. Double-fold top, then double-fold ends to seal packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Grill packets for 5 minutes. Move packets to different areas on grill rack to cook evenly. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes more or until pork chops reach 145 degrees.

    5. To serve, divide orzo among 6 serving plates. Top with pork chops and juices from packets. Season with salt, to taste.

      *To cook in oven: Place foil packets on a large baking sheet; bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until pork chops reach 145 degrees.
