    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk
    pepper
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee sandwich bread
    4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard, divided
    ½ lbs. Di Lusso sliced ham, divided
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Swiss cheese, divided

    Directions

    1. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
    2. In a pie plate, beat together eggs, skim milk and pepper.
    3. Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard. Evenly divide sliced ham and Swiss cheese among 4 slices of bread. Top each with remaining slice of bread.
    4. Briefly dip each sandwich into the egg mixture. Place each sandwich on skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Carefully turn sandwiches over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
