    5 c. mixed salad greens
    1 ½ c. sliced strawberries
    1 ¼ c. fresh raspberries
    2 tbsp. toasted almonds, chopped
    ¼ c. crumbled blue cheese
    ⅓ c. light raspberry vinaigrette
    Ground black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Place 1 cup of the salad greens on each of 5 salad plates. Top evenly with strawberries, raspberries, almonds and blue cheese.
    2. Drizzle vinaigrette evenly on salads. Season with pepper to taste, and serve.
