1 ¼ c. fresh raspberries | ||
2 tbsp. toasted almonds, chopped | ||
¼ c. crumbled blue cheese | ||
⅓ c. light raspberry vinaigrette | ||
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Place 1 cup of the salad greens on each of 5 salad plates. Top evenly with strawberries, raspberries, almonds and blue cheese.
- Drizzle vinaigrette evenly on salads. Season with pepper to taste, and serve.
