1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select basil-flavored olive oil | ||
6 slice(s) lower-sodium Hy-Vee bacon | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee ranch dressing | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
1 (10 oz) bag chopped romaine lettuce | ||
1 (11 oz) package cherry tomatoes, quartered |
Directions
- Toss together cubed baguette and olive oil. Bake in 475-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Crumble into bite-size pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and taco seasoning, stirring until combined.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and dressing mixture. Toss to coat. Top with baked croutons.
