Fresh Carrots and Broccoli with Horseradish Sauce

2 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee horseradish | ||
2 tbsp. minced onion | ||

1 (16 oz) pkg fresh baby carrots | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg fresh broccoli florets |
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, milk, horseradish, onion, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until warm. Do not boil.
- Cook carrots and broccoli until crisp-tender. Place vegetables in serving dish.
- Spoon warm horseradish sauce over vegetables and serve.
