    ½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    ¼ c. skim milk
    2 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee horseradish
    2 tbsp. minced onion
    ⅛ tsp. salt
    black pepper, to taste
    1 (16 oz) pkg fresh baby carrots
    1 (16 oz) pkg fresh broccoli florets

    Directions

    1. Combine mayonnaise, milk, horseradish, onion, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
    2. Cook over low heat until warm. Do not boil.
    3. Cook carrots and broccoli until crisp-tender. Place vegetables in serving dish.
    4. Spoon warm horseradish sauce over vegetables and serve.
