1 c. seedless green grapes, roughly chopped | ||
1 c. seedless red grapes, roughly chopped | ||
3 tbsp. chopped red onion | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro | ||
1 tbsp. seeded, chopped jalapeño pepper* | ||
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice | ||
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- In medium bowl combine grapes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with chips or grilled chicken, fish or pork.
- *Use caution when handling hot peppers. Wear disposable gloves or wash hands thoroughly in hot, soapy water afterward.
