Description
Make your own version of easy at-home chicken and waffles using store-bought fried chicken or rotisserie chicken.

4 Hy-Vee frozen buttermilk waffles | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee stone ground mustard | ||
4 green leaf lettuce leaves | ||
2 fried chicken breasts, cut in small pieces |
Directions
- Place waffles on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Flip and cook an additional 30 seconds or until heated through.
- Spread each waffle with mustard and top with lettuce and chicken pieces.
