½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened | ||
¾ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee Deluxe Fruit & Grain Medley cereal | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee flake coconut |
Directions
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- Beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add cereal, chocolate chips and coconut. Stir until combined.
- Spread dough in a non-stick 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan; cut into 24 bars.
