1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats | ||
⅓ c. flaxseed meal | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
¾ c. chopped Hy-Vee dried mixed fruit | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee slivered almonds | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped walnuts | ||
¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee sunflower kernels | ||
yogurt, if desired |
Directions
- Stir together oats, flaxseed meal, cranberries, mixed fruit, almonds, walnuts, brown sugar and sunflower kernels in a large mixing bowl.
- Store in an air-tight container up to 2 months at room temperature.
- To serve, stir about 1/2 cup muesli with 1/4 cup yogurt.
