    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee plain cream cheese
    1 (8-oz.) container Hy-Vee strawberry whipped cream cheese
    3 (1-oz. each) scoops Alani Nu fruity cereal-flavored protein powder
    1 c. Hy-Vee fruity dyno-bites cereal, crushed

    • Parchment paper
    • Medium bowl
    • Electric mixer
    • Small ice cream scoop
    • Air-tight container for storage

    Directions

    1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheeses and protein powder until well combined. Scoop mixture into 18 (1-1/2 tablespoon each) balls. Place on prepared sheet pan and freeze 20 minutes or until firm.  

    3. Coat frozen balls in crushed cereal. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or the freezer for up to 1 month.
