1 Fuji apple, thinly sliced | ||
1 Anjou pear, thinly sliced | ||
1 (10 oz) pkg Dole leafy romaine | ||
¼ c. honey-roasted cashew halves, chopped |
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together vinaigrette, apple juice and vinegar until combined.
- Toss apple and pear with vinaigrette mixture until evenly coated.
- Add romaine and toss gently to combine.
- Top with cashews before serving.
