1 (10 oz) container grape tomatoes, halved | ||
1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped | ||
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
4 large Hy-Vee eggs, hard-cooked and sliced | ||
¼ tsp. cracked black pepper | ||
½ c. light cucumber ranch salad dressing |
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper. Stir in eggs and black pepper.
- Toss with salad dressing just before serving.
