    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 ½ c. thinly sliced zucchini
    ½ c. diced green pepper
    ½ c. diced red pepper
    1 roma tomato, seeded and diced
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Prepare Skillet Meal according to package directions, stirring in vegetables during last 7 minutes of cooking. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
