Description

No need to go to a fancy restaurant to get truffle fries. You can make them at home, whenever you crave them, along side a homemade Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce.

½ (32-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee frozen straight-cut French fried potatoes
¼ c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tbsp. Italian parsley, finely chopped
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
1 tbsp. truffle oil
Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce
½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Italian parsley, finely chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking pan with foil. Spread fries on baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fries are golden brown and tender, turning fries halfway through.

  2. Meanwhile, combine Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle fries with truffle oil and toss with Parmesan mixture. Set aside and keep warm.

  3. Make Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Serve hot fries immediately with Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce.
