    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    2 tsp. Simply Organic Italian seasoning
    4 clove(s) minced garlic
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together olive oil, seasoning, minced garlic, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture on top of pork loin roast. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. 

    2. Roast, uncovered, for 1-3/4 to 2 hours or until pork reaches 165 degrees.
