    18 mushroom caps
    1 (6.5 oz) container Alouette light Garlic and Herbs spreadable cheese
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee dried parsley

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place mushroom caps hollow-side-up on an ungreased baking sheet.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine spreadable cheese and Parmesan cheese until blended.
    3. Fill each cap with 1 teaspoon cheese mixture.
    4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
