1 (6.5 oz) container Alouette light Garlic and Herbs spreadable cheese | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee dried parsley |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place mushroom caps hollow-side-up on an ungreased baking sheet.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine spreadable cheese and Parmesan cheese until blended.
- Fill each cap with 1 teaspoon cheese mixture.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
