1 slice(s) frozen Hy-Vee garlic toast, partially thawed |
Directions
- Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
- Toss asparagus and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
- Alternate mushrooms, garlic toast and asparagus on each of 4 wooden skewers.
- Grill, turning occasionally, until bread is toasted and vegetables are tender-crisp.
