Directions
- Combine canola oil, chili powder, garlic salt and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Rub on steaks and let steaks stand at room temperature until grill is ready.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill steaks until desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium. Remove from heat; let steaks rest, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
