    ¾ c. Lawry's teriyaki marinade with pineapple juice
    2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 (16 oz) can pineapple chunks, reserving liquid
    1 ½ lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
    2 medium red bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
    2 medium onions, quartered

    Directions

    1. In small bowl, whisk together marinade, ginger and 1 tablespoon pineapple juice; reserve 1/4 cup.
    2. In resealable plastic food storage bag, combine steak, 1/2 cup marinade mixture and vegetables.
    3. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning several times.
    4. Remove beef and vegetables; discard used marinade.
    5. On skewers, alternately thread steak, vegetables and pineapple chunks until all are used.
    6. Grill and cook to desired doneness, turning and basting with reserved 1/4 cup marinade mixture.
