3 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
1 tbsp. stone-ground mustard | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
1 tsp. rice vinegar | ||
4 (5 oz each) salmon fillets |
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir until blended.
- Place salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag. Add brown sugar mixture to bag. Seal bag and turn several times to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place salmon skin-side-down in greased baking dish.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
