½ c. coconut oil, melted | ||
½ c. Good Graces organic gluten free coconut sugar | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee flaked coconut | ||
¼ c. chopped macadamia nuts | ||
½ c. white vanilla flavored baking chips | ||
Zest of one lime |

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla and salt. Add coconut, chips, nuts and zest; mix to combine. Scoop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten slightly to 1/2-inch thick. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
