¼ c. canned water-packed artichoke hearts, not marinated | ||
½ ripe tomato, sliced | ||
1 slice(s) gruyere cheese | ||
2 slice(s) Udi's gluten-free bread |
Directions
- Spread 1 tablespoon Tribe® hummus onto 1 slice of Udi's® gluten-free bread.
- Place gruyere cheese on top of hummus spread.
- Layer artichoke and tomato slices and add snipped green onions above the cheese.
- Spread remaining tablespoon of Tribe® hummus to the other slice of gluten-free bread. Place bread hummus side down onto sandwich ingredients to enjoy.
